Founder & Board Chair
Edmund is a highly experienced professional with nearly three decades of expertise in enterprise risk management and corporate governance. He recently served as a Managing Director in KPMG’s Risk Consulting Practice, where he played a pivotal role in pioneering initiatives and advising clients on robust risk management strategies. With a background in commercial banking and risk consulting, Edmund brings a wealth of knowledge to Board Harbor which he founded to drive innovation in corporate governance.
Joyce Cacho
Directtor
Joyce is a seasoned global supply-chain expert with extensive experience in financial and risk management. She currently serves as the Board Chair of Sistema.Bio, a US-based energy technology company, and has held board positions at prominent organizations, including Land O’Lakes, Inc. and Sunrise Banks, NA. Additionally, Joyce is a Supervisory Board member of the World Benchmarking Alliance, contributing to global efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
Theressa Boyce
Director
Theresa Boyce is an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience across various industries, serving as Chairman and CEO of CEO Trust, an influential network of CEOs and board directors. With a strong background in finance, marketing, and governance, she has successfully led both entrepreneurial ventures and multi-billion dollar corporations. Theresa holds a Wharton MBA and has worked as a CPA for KPMG, offering deep financial expertise. As a board director, she brings deep expertise in governance, finance, audit, and compensation to both corporate and non-profit organizations.
Francisco J. Leija
Director
Private Company Advisor with nearly three decades of executive leadership experience. Fluent in Spanish and enjoys working with companies in Latin America and Spain. Influential strategist and advisor to early technology companies and institutions of higher education for key inflection points. Defense procurement and congressional liaison experience. White House, Cabinet, Pentagon, Joint Staff, and West Point experience. Will provide a global set of problem-solving skills, on top of military assessment skills, to complement any leadership team. Experience in working in high-risk environments, making timely decisions with less precise data, and in bringing structural perspectives to widen discussion points.

Leah is a seasoned entrepreneurship expert with a passion for catalyzing the potential of emerging African innovators. As the driving force behind the ALX Ventures Accelerator at Sand Technologies, she spearheads initiatives aimed at nurturing and scaling African tech startups. Drawing from her extensive leadership tenure at GrowthAfrica and a history of orchestrating high-impact gatherings in Africa such as the Kenya Trade Expo, Leah brings a wealth of experience in fostering sustainable business expansion and facilitating cross-border collaborations.

Additionally, Christine actively promotes diversity and inclusion as an officer on the board of Women in Identity, a global non-profit.
