With an MBA from Wharton, a JD from Fordham, and a cybersecurity certification from Stanford, Alice is committed to holistic wellness initiatives through HIA&J Inc.

Christine co-founded Board First Consulting, LLC, specializing in board effectiveness consulting for over 20 years. She excels in corporate governance, strategic planning, and leadership assessment, with leadership experience in fintech and financial services. Additionally, Christine actively promotes diversity and inclusion as an officer on the board of Women in Identity, a global non-profit.
Edmund Green
Edmund is a highly experienced professional with nearly three decades of expertise in enterprise risk management and corporate governance. He recently served as a Managing Director in KPMG’s Risk Consulting Practice, where he played a pivotal role in pioneering initiatives and advising clients on robust risk management strategies. With a background in commercial banking and risk consulting, Edmund brings a wealth of knowledge to Board Harbor which he founded to drive innovation in corporate governance.
Eric Douglas Keene
Eric, a Managing Director at RSR Partners, brings extensive expertise in executive recruitment for Board & CEO Services across the Midwest. His background spans executive search, management consulting at McKinsey & Company, and sales and marketing roles at companies like AT&T and IBM. Eric’s innovative talent acquisition strategies are evident in his founding of Keene Advisory Group, demonstrating his diverse skills and leadership capabilities.
Leah Nduati
Leah is a seasoned entrepreneurship expert with a passion for catalyzing the potential of emerging African innovators. As the driving force behind the ALX Ventures Accelerator at Sand Technologies, she spearheads initiatives aimed at nurturing and scaling African tech startups. Drawing from her extensive leadership tenure at GrowthAfrica and a history of orchestrating high-impact gatherings in Africa such as the Kenya Trade Expo, Leah brings a wealth of experience in fostering sustainable business expansion and facilitating cross-border collaborations.
James Mitchell Jr.
James is the Founder of JMJ Advisors, specializing in corporate governance, stakeholder collaboration, and risk mitigation. With 25 years of leadership at GE, he brings expertise in finance, cybersecurity, digital transformation, M&A, and growth strategies. James serves on the NY State Common Retirement Fund’s Investment Advisory Committee and provides governance leadership to private companies. He is recognized for financial expertise, cybersecurity policy development, and investment portfolio management, with degrees from Purdue University and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Joyce Johnson
Joyce has been an active investor in the global debt and equity marketplaces for over 35 years, managing a portfolio exceeding $10.0 billion in global investments. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of business and financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as turnaround/distressed investing. With a proven track record, Joyce has consistently generated and expanded shareholder value across diverse industries. Her extensive experience includes serving on 28 boards in various roles such as Chairman and Lead Director.
Rick Walker
Rick is a highly regarded intellectual property and business attorney known for monetizing IP and driving profits. With 14 years as an EVP and General Counsel of a NYSE-listed company, he has extensive experience in corporate management, M&A, legal, and governance matters. Rick is also an experienced CEO, Independent Corporate Board Director, and has received numerous awards recognizing his leadership and achievements in the business community.
